MUPDC is an NGO formed in 2004 by a group of professionals in Mumbai on the backdrop of anti-North Indian Campaign “Mee Mumbaikar” in Mumbai.
In December 2004, “Ganga Mela - Festival of Uttar Pradesh” was organized in Mumbai to showcase the rich tradition and culture of Uttar Pradesh in Mumbai.
In July 2006, 2012, 2018, “Uttar Pradesh - State of Opportunity” was organized in Mumbai to Discuss, Deliberate & Debate investing opportunities in Uttar Pradesh.
Since 2014 till date MUPDC initiative of imparting free vocational training to the economically backward youths in Uttar Pradesh is giving desired results.
MUPDC plans to open Vocational Training & Education Schools in Uttar Pradesh so as to impart free vocational training to the economically backwards youth of Uttar Pradesh.
Milestones
The Council has successfully concluded “Ganga Mela” to showcase the culture, tourism, handicraft and cottage industries of Uttar Pradesh in Mumbai.
In June 2008, 2012 & 2016 , the council held “Convention for the Development of Uttar Pradesh” to Discuss, Deliberate & Debate the issue of Development of Uttar Pradesh in Mumbai.
The Council for the past 6 years has been successfully imparting vocational education to the economically unemployed youths of Uttar Pradesh and the number of youths being trained has been increasing on YOY basis.
The Council has been successful in providing jobs to the successful candidates.

“Bundelkhand Vocational Education & Training School” is to impart vocational education to the economically backward youths of Bundelkhand.
Cost of the project is 4.4 crores.
Donate liberally and participate in redefining and building Bundelkhand and Uttar Pradesh.
